This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Pitchly Creative.
Due to the digital nature of the products offered, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
1. Digital Products
Pitchly Creative primarily provides downloadable digital products.
Once a digital product has been delivered or access has been granted, the purchase is non-refundable.
This policy exists to prevent misuse, unauthorized distribution, and repeated consumption of digital content.
2. No Returns
Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or “undownloaded.”
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a return once delivery has occurred.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:
- The product description was materially inaccurate and the product does not match what was advertised.
- Duplicate purchases of the same product
- Technical issues that prevent access to the purchased file and cannot be resolved
- Situations where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection laws
In those circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@creative.pitchlyhub.com with your order number and a short explanation.
If eligible, we may issue a replacement file, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Pitchly Creative reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
4. Order Issues & File Access
If you experience download issues, broken links, or technical errors, please contact hello@creative.pitchlyhub.com and we’ll assist promptly.
We want to ensure every customer receives their files successfully.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Pitchly Creative may result in the suspension of access to products or services.
Abuse of the refund or dispute process may result in permanent account or purchase restrictions.
6. Policy Changes
Pitchly Creative reserves the right to modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
